Cookie Contract
-PAYMENT-
50% payment is required up front so that I can source your adorable cookie cutters, sweet sprinkles and and perfect packaging. Your payment also reserves your pick-up date as well!
-REFUNDS-
I can offer refunds up to 48 hours after the payment has been accepted. Unfortunately, after that time, I cannot offer refunds, as your cutter order has more than likely been placed.
-NO SHOWS-
Your cookies are best enjoyed fresh! Not showing up to the agreed upon pickup time forfeits your order. But...if that happens, they will be donated. If you need to reschedule pickup, please reach out at least 3 days prior to your pickup time and I will try to adjust my schedule accordingly.
-DELIVERY-
All orders are pick-up, in Wisconsin, only. Delivery(within 20 minutes) may be an option if it is discussed at the time the order is placed- but know that this is rare due to my schedule with work and family. There will be a small extra fee so I can continue to keep my base cookie pricing as low as it can be!
-CHANGE CUT-OFF-
I know, decisions are tough...but I am here to help! Order changes can be made until 3 days after payment is received. After that, all change requests will be under consideration and a small fee may apply. If your changes affect the cutters ordered, I will have to charge you for the cost of the original cutters that were purchased.
-INSPO-
Thank you for the amazing inspiration pics! While I love getting inspo from others, I don't want to be a copy-cat! Your cookies will not be copies of the inspiration, but we promise you will love the unique twist we add to those amazing designs!
-IN A HURRY?-
I know life gets busy, and I ALWAYS try to accommodate last-minute orders if I can! Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 10 days will require a rush fee of $10 per dozen.
-COOKIE PICS-
Say Cheeeeese! We LOVE to document your beautiful cookie sets for future inspiration. Of course we will wait at least one week to post them- we don't want to spoil any surprises! Please let us know when you place your order, if you really do not want your cookies in the spotlight!
-PRECIOUS CARGO-
Once you pick up your order (again, THANK YOU for trusting us with your cookies!), what happens to your little edible pieces of art, is all in your hands. Keep them in mild temperatures, out of the sunlight and out of the arctic temps of the fridge. In a sealed container, these will stay good for about a week. Heat sealing will ensure they stay fresh closer to two weeks. If you take great care to wrap and seal them, you can freeze them for a month (sometimes two, depending on how much care you take when wrapping!)
-I'LL NEED A HOT SECOND-
Please allow 48 hours for me to respond to messages. While responses don't usually take that long, I often have my hands full of dough, full of paperwork (my full-time job) or full with kids (toddlers, am I right?!) I do appreciate your patience with me!
-ALLERGIES-
I am NOT a kitchen that is allergen-friendly (sorry!!) I TRULY hope we will have the resources to get there someday, though!
-COTTAGE FOOD LAW-
Your order was made in a kitchen that is not subject to inspection. With that, you are consuming food. With the consumption of anything, there are inherent risks, such as choking. Please use common sense when consuming our cookies.
-IT'S A NO FROM ME, BRO-
While we always hope you will love your cookies, if you are not satisfied with your order, please return all uneaten cookies within 24 hours so we can assess their condition and troubleshoot any problems. We want happy customers, so we will do our best to find a compromise that leaves us both happy!

Once you submit payment for your order, you are agreeing to the above terms. Don't let this scare you! 99.9% of my orders have gone smooth as silk!
